I'm a business and my taxi company listing isn't in your database. How can I add myself?

I'm a business and my taxi company has bad reviews. What can I do?
- Unfortunately, reviews cannot be removed or deleted for the benefit and interest of taxi companies. If you're taxi service is getting bad reviews on a regular basis, we suggest you boost your customer service and good reviews will follow.

Not every listing has reviews, why is that?
- New taxi listings often don't get rated right away, especially if another company has good reviews and has dominated the area for years before hand. Please help keep rates low by giving good reviews to these smaller companies so they may be more competitive. Please be honest.

I posted a review/rating and it's not showing in your system. Where did it go?
- All reviews go through a validation process to insure the following:
- No vulgar, offensive, unprofessional or racist words, terms or expressions are used.
- No spam, porn, curse words, offensive or adult material is posted.
- Reviews are rated by an actual person (not a robot) and offer constructive advice.

I want to delete my review, can I? How?
- Yes, reviews can be deleted but please keep in mind that other people will benefit from knowing your true experience. Please visit your Ratings page and click delete

Can I have direct access to your database?
- Unfortunately, the security of our system is under constant surveillance and cannot be shared with other web developers. If you're another business that's interested in partnering with us, we'll consider possible options.
